  • Innovation, creativity, or problem-solving achievements

Multi-Stage Evaluation

Each nomination passes through a structured five-level evaluation process to ensure transparency and fairness. The review is usually completed within 2–3 days of submission:

  • Preliminary screening of basic eligibility
  • Technical review by field specialists
  • Independent peer review by qualified experts
  • Ethical and non-commercial compliance check
  • Final decision by the central review panel

Core Evaluation Indicators

Nominees are assessed using transparent performance indicators that measure real-world value and professional merit:

Rejection Criteria

Nominations may be declined if:

  • Insufficient or unverifiable documentation is provided
  • Achievements lack measurable significance
  • Ethical concerns or misconduct are detected
  • Plagiarism, false claims, or misrepresentation is found
  • Attempts are made to influence reviewers or bypass process integrity

Final Verification

Shortlisted nominees undergo a detailed verification that includes:

  • Identity confirmation
  • Professional background validation
  • Authenticity check of submitted documents

After Selection

Once the review is complete, selected nominees are guided through the following steps:

  • A formal selection letter is sent by email
  • The registration fee is paid by the due date mentioned in that email
  • The nominee shares a photo and biography for the award announcement
  • Scientific Laurels confirms the payment and the award by email

Fees

  • Nomination and selection are free. There is no charge to submit a nomination or for any stage of the review.
  • Registration fee after selection. Once a nominee's profile is selected, payment of the registration fee is mandatory to complete the registration. The amount and due date are shared in the selection email.
  • No fee if not selected. Nominees who are not selected pay nothing.
  • Payment never affects selection. The selection decision is made before any fee is requested.
