Assoc. Prof. Harish Reddy Gantla is an accomplished academician, researcher, and technology professional with more than 22 years of academic experience, 14 years of research experience, and extensive administrative expertise in examination management. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Vignan Institute of Technology and Science (VITS), affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), Hyderabad.

He began his academic career as a Lecturer at Progressive College of PG Studies in 2004 and subsequently worked as Assistant Professor at K.R.R.I.I.T., V.D.C.I.T., and Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST). He served SNIST for more than 16 years in various academic and administrative capacities before joining VITS.
