Dr. Koyilapu Rambabu is an accomplished polymer scientist, materials chemist, and researcher specializing in advanced functional polymers, nanocomposites, proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), and energy storage materials. He demonstrated academic excellence early in his career by securing 49th Rank in the CSIR-JRF Examination (June 2013) and qualifying GATE 2013 with an All India Rank of 929.
Professionally, he has contributed to both industry and academia. He served as a Scientist in the R&D Division of Zodiac Lifesciences, Hyderabad (2021–2022), where he gained industrial research experience. He subsequently joined KL Deemed to be University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry (2022–2025), actively engaging in teaching, research, and student mentorship. Currently, he is working as a Research Associate in the Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Delhi, continuing his cutting-edge research in advanced materials and energy technologies.
