Prof. Hari Mohan Saxena is a distinguished immunologist and veterinary scientist with over 34 years of professional experience, including 24 years in teaching, research, and academic leadership. He holds a BVSc & AH (First Class), MVSc in Veterinary Pathology (First Class), and a PhD in Immunology from the University of Nottingham, UK. He further enhanced his expertise through advanced studies at the University of Cambridge, UK (Natural Sciences Tripos, Immunology & Cellular Pathology) and the University of Tokyo, Japan.

He has served as:

  • Professor of Immunology for 20 years
  • Head, Department of Veterinary Microbiology at GADVASU, Ludhiana
  • Director (Resident Instructions) & Dean, Postgraduate Studies at BASU, Patna
  • Dean, Shekhawati Veterinary College, Rajasthan
  • Counsellor (S&T) at the Embassy of India in Moscow (with diplomatic rank)

Currently, he is a National Level Monitor with the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India.
