Dr. Sanjeev Kumar is an accomplished academician and researcher currently serving as Associate Professor at Subharti Institute of Technology & Engineering, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut (June 2023 – Present). He is presently Head of the Department, Mechanical Engineering (since July 2023) and also holds the responsibility of Officiating Head of the Department, Civil Engineering, demonstrating strong academic leadership and administrative capability.

Dr. Kumar’s research interests span manufacturing processes, green and sustainable engineering, tribology, friction stir welding, composite materials, electric mobility, renewable energy systems, and Industry 4.0 applications. He has made significant scholarly contributions with 20 publications in SCI-indexed journals, along with 2 accepted research articles, reflecting consistent research productivity and international visibility.
