Dr. Namita Ashish Singh is an accomplished academician, researcher, and microbiologist with extensive expertise in dairy microbiology, food safety, biotechnology, probiotics, environmental microbiology, and nanotechnology. She has been serving as Assistant Professor at Mohanlal Sukhadia University since June 2018.

She began her research career at National Dairy Research Institute as a Senior Research Fellow (2008–2009) and later worked as Research Associate (2009–2012), where she developed strong expertise in dairy microbiology, biosensors, and food safety technologies. She also served as Assistant Professor at Institute of Applied Medicines and Research and IMS Ghaziabad before joining MLSU Udaipur.
