Dr. Amit Shahane is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Agronomy) at the College of Agriculture, Central Agricultural University (CAU-I), Kyrdemkulai, Meghalaya. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, and extension activities in the field of agronomy, with a focus on sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural practices. His academic contributions emphasize improving crop productivity under challenging agro-climatic conditions, particularly in the North-Eastern region of India.
