Ar. Pallavi Keswani is an accomplished academician, architect, and urban policy researcher with more than seven years of experience in architectural education, urban management, and research. She completed her Bachelor of Architecture from Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur (2010–2015), where she developed a strong foundation in architectural design, planning, and built environment studies. To strengthen her expertise in urban governance and policy frameworks, she pursued a Master’s degree in Urban Management from CEPT University, Ahmedabad (2017–2019).
Currently, she is pursuing a part-time PhD at Sushant School of Architecture, Gurugram, focusing on advancing architectural education, urban policy frameworks, and innovative approaches in the built environment sector.
Ar. Pallavi Keswani has served as an Assistant Professor at reputed institutions including IES’s College of Architecture, Mumbai; School of Art & Architecture, Sushant University, Gurugram; Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur; School of Planning & Architecture, Poornima University, Jaipur; and School of Architecture, Mody University, Rajasthan. Her academic contributions include teaching, mentoring students, guiding dissertations and theses, coordinating academic initiatives, and contributing to institutional development activities.

Ar. Pallavi Keswani has made significant contributions to research in urban planning, sustainable development, sanitation infrastructure, housing policies, and architectural innovation. Her research interests include urban policy formulation, sustainable city development, affordable housing strategies, participatory planning, waste management systems, heritage conservation, and technology integration in urban management.
Her notable publications and research contributions include studies on sanitation infrastructure in Ahmedabad and Pune, organic waste management practices in gated communities, heritage studies of Maheshwar, and urban housing challenges faced by middle-income groups in India.
She has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the Indian Institute of Architects and has presented papers at national and international conferences. Her work has been featured through platforms such as SSRN and international conference proceedings.
Her research paper “Rehabilitation vs Punishment: How Prison Design System Shapes Behavior” received the Best Paper Award at the Design Education for Better World 4th International Conference and was published in a Scopus-indexed proceedings volume.
