Asst. Prof. Muhammad Waleed Mujtaba is a distinguished academician and practicing architect with a strong blend of professional expertise, teaching excellence, and research engagement in architecture and urban studies. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor at the University of South Asia, Lahore, where he teaches and mentors undergraduate architecture students in design studios, architectural theory, and thesis development, alongside fulfilling academic and administrative responsibilities.
He has previously served as a Lecturer in the Department of Architecture, College of Art & Design, University of the Punjab, contributing significantly to foundational and advanced architectural education, including Basic Design Studios, History of Architecture, and software-based design training.

Prof. Mujtaba has worked with several renowned architectural firms in Lahore, including Architects Corporation, Riaz & Faisal Associates, Z Space Associates, R-Vite Architecture, Sirbuland Associates, and ASY Designs. His roles have ranged from Assistant Architect to Senior and Chief Architect, where he led and contributed to diverse architectural and interior design projects.
