Asst. Prof. Akansha John is a dedicated nursing educator, researcher, and mentor with experience in nursing education, research, and community health. She began her academic career as a Nursing Tutor at Nightingale Institute of Nursing, Noida (2017–2018) and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Kamla Modern Nursing Institute, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh since October 2022. She teaches undergraduate B.Sc. Nursing and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) students, serves as a class teacher, and actively mentors students in research, community surveys, and academic development.

She has played a significant role in strengthening nursing education through classroom teaching, clinical supervision, educational visits, student counseling, and organizing academic webinars.
