He obtained his B.Sc. in Pure Chemistry and M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Islamic Azad University (IAU), Tehran, achieving first-class honors with exceptional GPAs. He earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from California South University (CSU), Irvine, USA, and a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) diploma in Chemistry.

His academic career includes research fellowships, postdoctoral positions, and visiting professorships at renowned institutions worldwide, including Monash University (Australia), University of Padua (Italy), Delaware State University (USA), Sheffield Hallam University (UK), and Ege University (Turkey). Since 2012, he has served as the President of the American International Standards Institute (AISI) in Irvine, California, and was a board member of Pishtaz Lian Chemi Company (2015–2019).
