Dr. Anand Kumar is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in Genetics and Plant Breeding, Molecular Breeding, Crop Improvement, and Bioinformatics. He has developed substantial expertise in conventional and molecular breeding approaches involving major cereal crops such as maize, wheat, and rice. His professional experience includes teaching, research, student mentoring, experimental design, crop evaluation, and scientific writing.

He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, GLA University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, where he contributes to teaching and research in agricultural sciences. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor at Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be) University, RIMT University, and Integral University, Lucknow.
