Dr. Chebiyyam Umadevi has extensive experience in both teaching and research in the field of Physics. She has been actively involved in academia and research for over a decade, contributing significantly to the study of polymer thin films and solid-state battery applications. She holds a strong foundation in experimental physics and material science, having undertaken her research under the supervision of Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma, Professor, Department of Physics, S. V. University, Tirupati, India.

Dr. Umadevi has a commendable track record in teaching, having participated in numerous orientation, refresher, short-term, and faculty development programmes aimed at enhancing pedagogical skills and research competencies. Research Experience

She has over five years of dedicated research experience in the preparation and characterization of polymer thin films for solid-state battery applications. Dr. Umadevi has contributed to the advancement of knowledge in solid electrolyte batteries and has successfully completed a UGC-sponsored Minor Research Project entitled “Preparation and characterization of polymer electrolyte films for solid state battery applications”. Her research has resulted in 17 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
