Dr. ARUL LEENA ROSE P J is an accomplished academician, researcher, and technology expert with 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership in the field of Computer Science. She is currently serving as Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Chennai, where she has also contributed significantly as the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology.

She began her academic career as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Kamaraj College, Tuticorin (1998–2000), followed by her role at Prince Shri Venkateshwara College of Arts and Science, Chennai (2000–2005). She later served as Senior Lecturer at Mohamed Sathak College and joined SRM University in 2007, where she has continued her academic and research contributions.

Dr. Arul Leena Rose has demonstrated excellence in teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, academic administration, and research supervision. She has guided 18 M.Phil scholars and produced 5 Ph.D scholars in diverse areas of Computer Science. She is an approved Ph.D Supervisor at SRMIST, Chennai and has contributed as a Doctoral Committee Member, DRCC Member, and Board of Studies Member.
