Prof. Ram Naresh Tripathi is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Mathematics, HBTU Kanpur, serving since August 23, 2010. With a strong foundation in mathematical sciences, he earned prestigious qualifications including the CSIR-JRF (1986–87), CSIR-SRF, and completed his Ph.D. (1987–1992) from IIT Kanpur. Over the years, he has established himself as a leading academician, researcher, and mentor in applied mathematics and mathematical modeling.

Prof. Tripathi’s research focuses on:

  • Mathematical modeling of infectious disease spread and control

  • HIV/AIDS transmission dynamics
