Dr. Rajender Vadluri is an accomplished biotechnologist with extensive experience in plant molecular biology, genetic engineering, and microbial biotechnology. He is currently serving as a faculty member in the Department of Biotechnology at Chaitanya (Deemed to be University), Warangal. Over his academic career, Dr. Vadluri has made notable contributions to research, teaching, and scientific innovation, guiding numerous students in the fields of biotechnology and life sciences.

He has successfully completed a Minor Research Project (MRP) sanctioned by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi (F.No. MRP-6076/15 (SERO/UGC)), titled “Studies on In vitro regeneration capacities of endangered and medicinally important plant of Tephrosia purpurea” (2015–2017).
