Assoc. Prof. Jyotchna Gogoi is an accomplished biochemist, educator, and researcher with over 18 years of experience spanning academia, scientific research, and industry. She is currently serving as Associate Professor and recognized Ph.D. Guide in the Faculty of Science (Biochemistry) at Assam down town University, Guwahati, where she has been contributing since 2013 and has held the position of Associate Professor since 2018. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Research Fellow at Defence Research Laboratory (DRDO), Tezpur, gaining valuable expertise in medicinal plant research, pharmacology, and experimental biochemistry. She also served as a faculty member at the Regional College of Higher Education and worked as a Quality Chemist in the pharmaceutical industry.
