Prof. Dulal Chandra Roy is a distinguished veterinary pharmacologist, toxicologist, educator, researcher, and academic leader with nearly four decades of dedicated service in veterinary sciences. He has been associated with the Assam Agricultural University College of Veterinary Science since 1985 and has made significant contributions to teaching, research, extension education, and academic administration.

He began his professional career as a Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in 1985 and subsequently joined academia as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology in 1988.
