Dr. Prabha R is an established academician, researcher, and Microsoft-certified professional with extensive experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and skill development in the fields of Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web Technologies. With more than two decades of academic and industry-oriented educational experience, she has consistently contributed to innovation-driven technical education and interdisciplinary research.

Currently, she serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Head – Skill Development at T. John Institute of Technology since March 2023. She also served as Training and Placement Officer during 2025, contributing significantly to student career development and industry engagement.

Prior to this, she worked at NTTF as Deputy Manager and Deputy Program Manager in the IT & Data Science Department from 2022 to 2023. Her earlier academic leadership roles include Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of CSE at Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology. She also served in multiple teaching positions at Syed Ammal Engineering College from 1998 onwards.
