Dr. Rahul Barve is an accomplished Radiation Oncologist with specialized expertise in Neuro-Oncology, Central Nervous System (CNS) malignancies, Head & Neck Oncology, and advanced brachytherapy techniques. He has developed extensive clinical proficiency in modern radiation oncology approaches including Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT), and High-Dose/Low-Dose Rate (HDR/LDR) brachytherapy.
He is currently serving as Radiation Oncology – Associate Physician at BC Cancer, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. His international academic and clinical journey includes advanced fellowship training at leading cancer institutions in the United States, including Clinical Fellowship in Brachytherapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, and fellowships in Neuro-Oncology and Head & Neck Radiation Oncology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus.
Dr. Barve completed his Diplomate of National Board (DNB) residency training in Radiation Oncology at Max Cancer Center, Max Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi, India. He has also gained diverse clinical experience through positions at reputed healthcare institutions in India, the USA, and Canada.
