Dr. Shalini Abraham is a distinguished nursing academician, researcher, educator, and mentor with 19 years of experience in nursing education, research, academic administration, and community health nursing. She has been serving at the D Y Patil University School of Nursing since 2009 with various capacities, currently as Professor contributing extensively to teaching excellence, curriculum development, institutional quality assurance, and student research mentorship.
She began her academic career as an Assistant Lecturer at Bharathi College of Nursing during 2005–2006 and later served at CSI Rainy Hospitals and School of Nursing from 2006–2009 before joining D Y Patil University.
