Dr. Yogesh C. Tripathi has more than 37 years of distinguished research and academic experience in plant science, phytochemistry, and bioprospecting of botanicals. He obtained his Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University and subsequently pursued advanced research through prestigious fellowships awarded by the Central Council of Research in Ayurveda and Siddha (AYUSH), CSIR, and UGC.
Throughout his career, he served in several premier scientific institutions under ICFRE, including Arid Forest Research Institute, Rain Forest Research Institute, Advanced Research Centre for Bamboo and Rattan, and the Forest Research Institute, where he worked as Senior Scientist and Head of the Division of Chemistry and Bioprospecting. He also contributed extensively to academic administration as Member of Academic Council, Research Degree Committee, and Research Advisory Committees of FRI Deemed University.
