Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mahadeo Gaidhane is a distinguished Professor of Zoology at Janata Mahavidyalaya of Arts, Commerce and Science, Chandrapur (Maharashtra, India). He also serves as the Co-ordinator of the Ph.D. Programme in Zoology at the Institution of Higher Learning, Research and Specialized Studies in Zoology since 2013.
He began his academic journey as a Science Teacher in 1993 and gradually progressed through roles such as Contributory Lecturer, Senior Research Fellow (ICAR), Project Trainee (NIO-Goa), and Senior Farm Technician (DBT Project). He joined Janata Mahavidyalaya as an Assistant Professor on 3rd February 2006, became Associate Professor in 2018, and was elevated to Professor (Academic Level 14) from 4th January 2022.
