Prof. Dr. Stefan Bittmann (b. 1968) is a German pediatrician and researcher with extensive training in pediatrics and pediatric surgery. He studied medicine at the Universities of Münster, Vienna, and Munich, completing his degree in 1996 and earning his medical doctorate in 1999.

He trained across leading institutions in Germany and Switzerland, including the University Children’s Hospital Zurich, where he engaged in advanced clinical and experimental research (notably in tissue engineering and burn care).

In 2009, he established a pediatric practice in Gronau, Germany, and in 2010 founded the Ped Mind Institute, a clinical research group focused on pediatric medicine. He has also pursued interdisciplinary education, including a Master’s degree in Complementary Medicine and further qualifications in sleep medicine.
