Assoc. Prof. Shweta Pathak is an accomplished Pediatric Hemato-Oncologist and Transplant Physician currently serving as Associate Professor (2022–Present) in the Department of Pediatrics, NSCB Medical College, Jabalpur. She is the only government-sector pediatric bone marrow transplant (BMT) physician in Madhya Pradesh, with specialized training in pediatric hematology, oncology, and bone marrow transplantation. Her work has been instrumental in strengthening advanced pediatric cancer and transplant services within the public healthcare system.

Founder, Pediatric Hemato-Oncology Unit, State Cancer Institute, Jabalpur, where 350+ children with cancer have been treated with an 88% survival rate.
Founder, First Government Pediatric Haplo-Identical Transplant Unit in Madhya Pradesh (March 2025).
Key architect of thalassemia and sickle cell transplant programs implemented under government-supported health schemes.
