Dr. Rupali Singh is an accomplished academic leader, HR strategist, researcher, and administrator with over 20 years of professional experience, including more than 16 years in higher education and over four years in corporate human resource management. She currently serves as Director and Professor, where she leads institutional administration, learning resource development, academic planning, and digital transformation initiatives. Earlier, she held key academic positions as Associate Professor at GLS University, Ahmedabad, and Assistant Professor at educational institutions in Uttar Pradesh, while also gaining valuable corporate leadership experience as General Manager – HR & Administration at Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd., Gujarat.

Her career reflects a successful integration of industry expertise and academic excellence, with significant contributions to institutional governance, strategic HR management, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and organizational transformation.
